"The hotel was a separate building with just two apartments. It could be easily accessed by car, so I would recommend it to travellers having cars. The host Bacho and his wife lived nearby and they could open and close the property and also provide any assistance quite fast. We visited Rabati palace, Green Monastry and Bakuriani, Sukhan arranged for our transport and also coordinated with the drivers on our behalf. We never felt that we are in a different country, it felt like family with love and lot of warmth. Thank you Sukhan for being such a fabulous host, looking forward to coming down again in the future. "The hotel is higher than the parking but there is no elevator. You need to take your luggage by yourself up the stairs. From the stairs to the building there is gravel which prevent you from rolling the luggage. The room is very large and nice but there is no TV. Didn’t bother us as we came in late and went to sleep. The breakfast starts at 9:00 and is good. We had to pay extra for the coffee. "
