The staff could do with a very good course in handling tourists. The manager is fantastic and needs to pass this along to his staff. Having 4 safari jeeps or Gypsies on the property was very helpful. "Excellent property, excellent amenities and hospitality that rivaled a five star resort for half the price. The best thing about this lodge was the staff from top to bottom. Their attention to detail was the difference maker. The chef was very innovative and talented, with each meal being better than the last. The resort always packed us a gourmet meal to enjoy during our safaris and made sure we were cozy in the cooler morning hours. This was our first stay here, but will not be our last!"
