Quality Hotel Parklake Shepparton
"Lovely clean room, and reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Arriving in the dark while the area under construction a nightmare but I am aware this is no fault of the hotel itself. My meal in the restaurant on site was delicious and great atmosphere. My room was clean and appeared recently renovated, nice and spacious and nice to have a desk to sit down to at the end of a busy work day. Only downside was all pillows in the room were the same style and height so did not sleep well as the pillows were all too high. Parking onsite easy and overall a pretty quiet place to stay given the amount of people coming and going. Would stay again."

"Upon arrival reception was very pleasant & helpful. But at 2 am someone else attempted to enter the room using a second key , saying he booked it also . Key number was the same . If the safety chain was not connected he would have got all the way into the room , with me asleep in bed . Reception Staff the next morning were unaware of the incident & did not show much concern for this incident ."

"I was very impressed. I was welcomed in a very friendly manner and check-in was hassle-free. The room had 2 easy chairs for comfortable sitting. The place felt spacious, plus there was an enclosed patio where you could sit. The kitchenette was thoughtfully set up, no gymnastics to plug in the jug. The iron and ironing board were good quality. Overall it was a very comfortable stay"

"Great value for money. I booked a little cabin and got a lot more than I expected. Very comfortable bed with perfect pillows. I did have trouble finding the cabin as there was no staff after 5pm, I got there at 5:30pm. I key was left at the office in a box. Would definitely stay again."
