"Was looking forward to staying here after reading great things about it. Very underwhelmed with the experience. The room was small and dated and needed general maintenance. We had made two separate bookings because we extended our stay before we had even arrived. We were not able to just stay in the room, we had to check out at 11 and move to another room at check in time. The WiFi was very spotty. The pool area was very small."

"We loved our stay at Park Inn. The highlight was how friendly, kind and welcoming all the staff are. Park Inn is lucky to have such amazing staff that made our stay so wonderful. This includes Gordonn, Maria, Josee and Nelson. The room was excellent as was the food and the WiFi was very fast. We highly recommend staying here. We only wish we had more time to explore Kigali and Rwanda as we only had one night here. Thank you to all the staff!"

"There was no airport shuttle for platinum member as promised. Toilet design was poor as the shower didn’t have a cubicle and water was all over the place. Breakfast was monotonous, same thing every morning for 3 days. They ran out of chicken after the first day and no effort was made towards restocking. Pool was was too cold without heating. Only good thing was the infrastructure and appliances. No refills of water, soap etc throughout our 3 day stay"

"Room was good although well worn. The staff were friendly but not great English. Breakfast was ok, but somewhat poor quality. One example: I needed ice for a sprain and it took 10 hours to get any. Overpriced for the quality."
