"Nice stay right in heart of Dublin and temple bar area is a straight short walk. Very clean, breakfast was the best we had in our entire trip to Ireland and so plentiful. The only odd thing was the check in-it was a self service kiosk where you had to create your own room keys but there were 3 staff standing 5 ft away from you at a desk who did not help but watched you? The kiosk did not tell you if you pre booked breakfast, what time the breakfast was served nor when the check out time was. We checked in and then had to ask all these usually provided questions. Rooms are small, but typical and clean. No iron or board in the room only a steam machine. All in all, great for sleeping, clean, efficient hotel close to everything."

"Heating works only when they want it too. Thermostat turned up all of the way and yet no heat. Room extremely small. View of the river was view of an office building! Breakfast area was a joke. So small It had seating for 9 people ! Ate dinner in the restaurant The beef had so much grizzle I just gave up eating. So disappointing. "

"Everything was great, except for an unfortunate evening at the bar, where the 2 bartenders somehow completely ignored us and took care of everybody else but us. I did mention it to the bartender and the bartender apologized, which I think was genuine. Overall a great hotel and staff and I will still be back. "
