Very clean, great amenities and very convenient location. Reception staff also very friendly and helpful. My only issue was the fact that I stayed for 5 days but there was no housekeeping in the room at all. After 3 days I had to ask for a clean towel. I would definitely stay again.

This is a no frills — the barest of bare minimum — provider. The one thing I wish had been clearer is that the beds are all pull-out sofas. It was more comfortable that I feared when I saw it, but it isn’t great. And both the bed and the room are quite small! Staff is friendly and the place is clean.

Had a great stay. The only thing to change was the heat was on in the building and it was 18 degrees out and the sofa part for the murphy bed was pretty dirty.

I liked almost everything except the bed in our studio room: it was very uncomfortable for two people. The fold out Murphy bed style is fine for one or two nights, but not recommended for longer stays. Great location to walk to the train station and take it all the way into Dublin City center. Pleasant walks in the area and excellent cafes nearby.

Amazing facilities and location, small rooms

Really nice place with great amenities and a fantastic location. Just be aware, the rooms are incredibly small and cramped but have a great use of the small space.

Stayed here two weeks and loved every minute of it. Only complaint is that it was a bit warm in the spring so we had to sleep with the window open and the street was a bit loud, but by midnight things would cool down. Area was excellent and very walkable and the town feels safe and fun with tons of great restaurants and right by the ocean. The rooftop had amazing views.

This is a new property in the port town of Dun Laoghaire, about 30 mins outside Dublin, offering small "studio-type" rooms, each one with bathroom, toilet and kitchenette and a folding sofa bed, and has a -social kitchen- for cooking. Not much space in the rooms, especially for more than one, but the fittings are modern and good quality. IMO, excellent value for money if you don´t need to be in central Dublin.

We stayed here for two nights and while the room was a bit smaller than expected (the bed folded out from the wall which reduced the living space), it was very modern and nicely designed. A great base for exploring the area, but not somewhere I’d want to hang out all day or do work for a business trip. The location is great for taking the train into Dublin (30 minutes) or driving to Glendalough, but not in central Dublin (which we expected). Dun Laoighre town is very cute however with good dining options and the apartment is well located.

A good clean spot and the staff were super helpful... but.. very tiny room - the bed, when pulled out of the wall, took up about half the available space. For two people, this space was way too small. Hot water appears to be an option we did not encounter.
