"This is our go to hotel whenever we stop over Japan for a day or two, we never stay at other hotels, we love the convenience and ease to transport and we can simply hop on the terminal transfer to explore other restaurants at terminal 2. The spa is a plus."

"Nice place, strict check-in/check-out policies lead to long lobby lines but staff was attentive, enormous gallery downstairs, but access to everything from Lawson’s to a nice Teppanyaki restaurant, hard to get a room on the higher floors to see the tokyo tower, but hotel is right next door basically so easy to walk over and see it. Decent train access. Hotel rooms are dated, 70’s80’s vibe so kinda retro feel but everything works including the touchtone phone in the bathroom :)"

Shinagawa Prince Hotel

"Great location as it’s only a few mins walk from Shinagawa station. There is a 7-eleven in the building too and on site bowling and darts. For the price we paid I would’ve expected sleepwear, but it’s understandable as they host so many people. Expect the hotel to be busy with lots of people. Rooms and washrooms are big which is nice to have. The Main Tower rooms look older though. Overall, great location and very convenient."

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Shiodome and would absolutely recommend it. What stood out most was how accommodating the staff were when my travel plans were unexpectedly disrupted. My flight to Tokyo was canceled, delaying my arrival by a full day. The hotel was incredibly understanding and helpful with the change, which took a lot of stress out of an already frustrating situation. After finally arriving in Tokyo, being welcomed so warmly was greatly appreciated. I was also very impressed with the housekeeping. My room was cleaned and refreshed frequently throughout my stay, and everything consistently felt clean, organized, and well maintained. The location is excellent, with convenient access to Shiodome Station and Tokyo’s rail system, making it easy to explore the city. Between the accommodating staff, excellent housekeeping, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations, the hotel contributed greatly to how memorable my first trip to Japan was. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo."
