"The staff at the front desk and the cleaning staff were amazingly friendly! The location is nice - situated close to but not in the French Quarter. The bed was very close to the air conditioner and it made it difficult to get the temperature adequately adjusted. Parking was awesome!"

".OLD, dilapidated old, not quaint old. MANY, many stairs to get to your room and they are old metal stairs difficult to maneuver - no one to assist with luggage. No place to sit as you have to put your luggage on the plastic chair, No dresser - when I asked the staff she said I should just hang everything up. "Beautiful hotel but you’ll quickly realize how unorganized it is. Also our SHARED balcony door didn’t have a lock, and the bathroom door didn’t close. We had to wait around not once but twice when we tried to check in. When we finally checked in there was no one behind the desk and we had to wait for the next staff member to come into work.. apparently it was the persons last day and she left earlier than she was supposed to and didn’t even tell anyone.
