"How can you not like a place where the rooms are named after animals? If I had a choice I'd have gone for dormouse, owl or stag, but Pheasant was good too. It was cosy, and the bed was comfy. And there was a bookshelf on the landing which was perfect for bookworms like me. I ate in the pub, and had the tastiest bangers and mash that I've had in a long time. Would certainly recommend. "

"Excellent location to enjoy the Cotswolds away from the tourist crowds. On the downside, the washroom is not perfect, but these are properly designed only in some large chain or high end luxury hotels. Highly recommended overall. "
