"Beautiful room, lovely bathroom. Service was excellent and really helpful and accommodating. Was my boyfriend’s birthday celebration and they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine which was so nice. Great location. Parking too which is great in Hitchin. Loved there was a kettle and tea facilities. Will definitely stay again. "

"Breakfast was good. Accommodation was very basic for price, water pressure very low , bathroom door very hard to open, sticky catch. Tv very small for size of room. Needs a deep clean. Bedding and towels were clean. "
