"My credit card is as billed for double booking . I need my credit card refunded for this amount. $414. Hotel kept blaming Expedia . However I used hotel.com . Please credit my account back asap . This was a birthday present from my husband and was trying to get this resolved the whole day . Ruined my birthday."

"I’ve stayed here 4 times and still very happy! Pleaseeeeeeeee however keep the AC low ! I was sweating up a storm at night !! ( you can adjust it but you’d have to keep adjusting it throughout the night )"

"I recently stayed at this resort to celebrate my 50th birthday. There were some positives, but unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The beach area was beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff members were truly amazing. They were friendly, attentive, and did their best to assist whenever needed. In fact, the Customer Service Manager went above and beyond to try to make things right, and I genuinely appreciated those efforts. However, the property itself is in need of significant renovations and maintenance. My room flooded during my stay, and I had to be moved to a different room. Throughout the resort, there were visible signs of wear and tear that affected the overall experience. I was also disappointed by the management. At one point, I wasn’t feeling well and simply requested some bitters and lime juice. I was told the manager would assist me, but after waiting for over an hour, no one followed up or came back to address my request. While the staff’s excellent attitude helped offset some of the issues, the condition of the property and the lack of management responsiveness left a negative impression. Based on my experience, I would not choose to return to this resort, though I do want to recognize and thank the hardworking staff who made the best of a difficult situation. Rating: 2.5/5 stars. The staff deserve much higher marks, but the property’s condition and management issues significantly impacted my stay."

Country Country is small beautiful hotel to stay quiet and relax all day ❤️ amazing staff And amazing reception! I am very thankful to manager Monique she is wonderful person ! Beautiful rooms and small beautiful beach ❤️, I will see you again"

"This resort recently opened, so everything felt brand new and impeccably maintained. We stayed on the adults-only side, while still having access to the entire resort, which made the experience even better. One thing that really stood out was the restaurant layout — all of the restaurants are conveniently located in one area, which was a great concept, and the food was phenomenal throughout our stay. The activities were enjoyable overall, but the highlight for us was definitely the “Paint & Sip.” Surprisingly, it wasn’t advertised on the resort app, and we only discovered it because someone approached us while we were relaxing in the lobby. We even brought our canvas home with us as a reminder of such a memorable trip. One area that could be improved would be the daytime food options available at the bars, as the selection felt a bit limited. To top it all off, the resort even has a dispensary on-site — something we never expected to see at a resort. We also didn’t realize there was a casino until we received a review notification afterward, so better promotion of some of the resort amenities could enhance the guest experience even more. We will be back in the future."

"Expansive and grand looking property - lovely pool with waterfalls and very helpful and cheerful staff with towels etc. Multiple beach areas to hang out but wish the beaches were swept in the mornings. Also would be nice if we were told about all of the amenities upon arrival such as beach area with the water sport activities - wasn’t aware until day before departure. An information booklet in the rooms would have been helpful. Unfortunately, the area where my room is located had an awful sewer odor which I’m assuming came from a standing water area outside which definitely should be treated - very unpleasant! Staff selling certain promotional products are way too aggressive and I felt harassed. Other than that I had a great time and the overall experience was good. There are a number of wonderful gift shops with great and useful products. There are several restaurants including three buffets with great breakfast items but I was not impressed with the buffet dinners - needs improvement with taste, quality and presentation. There are several other non buffet restaurants including Japanese, Mexican, Italian, seafood etc. I tried the Japanese that was okay but actually was leaning more to being Chinese. Overall my experience was a 7/10."
