"The property was beautiful with lots of activities and entertainment! The overly cleanliness of the property was also good, experienced a little hiccups here and there but the staff was ready and happy to help. While they had a variety of food choices, was looking forward to more of the Jamaican cuisine at the buffet restaurant. Overall great experience! Would definitely recommend! Solid 8/10!"

"Love the property and staff. Dining experiences were a nice surprise. Beach was a short walk and perfect. Fumigating with pesticides in the afternoon was a little unsettling. Overall a wonderful experience and hope to return some day"

"We enjoyed our week-long stay. The staff was friendly, and the property was clean and well maintained. There were a few minor issues: a water leak from the ceiling in the stairwell that looked like it was getting worse during our visit, a safe that didn't work consistently, and TVs with poor sound projection that could use replacing. Otherwise, I can't complain. The bed was comfortable, and the food and views were phenomenal. One tip: book tours and taxis through the front desk, since they use reputable companies, rather than going with someone you meet on the beach. I would highly recommend this resort!"

Every staff in each Department of the Facility smiled ,each moment of the day there...despite the extreme heat , through all the visitors demands and expectations ,and long hours of work. "Nice property. Great staff. Fantastic location and breakfast included. The ONLY problem is the club next door blasts music all night long, making sleep difficult. (One night it didn't end until 4am!)"

"The Azul is a wonderful property on excellent beach front "7 mile beach Nigril". The staff, cleansiness of the Property were great. There is activities for all age to enjoy. I first encountered a long 1.5 hours wait time to get my room. We were disappointed with the food selection. Very little authenticity of the Jamaican food basic "jerk chicken". Quality of food was poor. Staff in all the departs I encountered were welcoming pleasant and accommodating. Management address the meals, good food is key to a great vacation."
