"Room was great but the bed was a little uncomfortable"

"We left after stripping the beds to find all types of stains (my friend thought he got bit by a bedbug, we didnt find any). Some obviously blood some obviously fecal. Also they were small and uncomfortable. The “blankets” were thinner than my sheets at home. I asked for couple of extra pillows and was told they only had 1 spare. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. The breakfast? Definitely not continental."

"Continental breakfast option was more like bagel and cereal. Eating area was plastic yard tables and chairs. Parking lot had people sitting in vehicle smoking weed all days of stay. No housekeeping service during 3-night stay."

"If you go to the hotel be prepared to not check in until 4:00 p.m. . Not exactly sure what takes 5 hours to clean rooms from 11:00 a.m. check out till 4:00 p.m. check in. Had a wedding to be at at 5:00 p.m. and couldn't check in the room till I got back. The hotel has a nice bar but I don't know when it's open because it was closed at 11:30 on a Saturday. Bottles of water are five bucks a piece. And you can only turn the air conditioner, excuse me, geothermic cooling, down to 68°. For 300 bucks...

"bathroom had no toilet paper, no towels. bed sheet look like was used, off place and all wrinkle in the middle. breakfast was sad, pastries empty, no juice, out coffee cups, pancake machine mall funcion, microwave with a secrect lock bottom, disaster for breakfast"

"The property was very clean but they were short staffed. It was hard to find a staff member at certain hours of the day. They did not provide turnover service during my stay. My tv was not working. It would turn on but it would stay stuck on the guide channel. I was unable to change channels & unable to watch tv. The free breakfast was decent. The pool stayed open late."

One real problem. The window in my 1st floor room was UNLOCKED upon arrival. This is SO unsafe. Someone could already have been inside, or someone could have entered during my stay, if I had not checked this. "Easy access and quiet"

"Housekeeping swept hallway at 8 am on Sunday. Three maids hacked in the hallway for 10 min right outside my door at 930 am until I opened the door and then they all went to work. Doors slam shut constantly and way too loudly. Could always hear people in hallway and in next rooms and above us. Floors and walls are paper thin, no sound proofing at all. I will never stay here again. Even a Hampton inn or a third rate hotel is better than this."

"This place is HORRIBLE!!!! The room was dirty and smelled of smoke. The floor needed to be vacuumed and we were offered a vacuum to do it ourself. The refrigerator didn’t work. From the moment we got into the room my elderly grandmother was coughing and couldn’t stop until we checked out and left. We were in the room for 15 mins and checked out!!! Thankfully we were refunded all of our money so we could find somewhere else to stay."
