"We stayed at this hotel with our two children 2 and 7 years old and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, the hotel is nice except the food. Food was every day same, meat and fruit as well so for longer stays eating the same, one gets tired of it little bit. The quality of food also is not so good but acceptable.

"Very poor hotel, bad numbers, dirty bathroom. Very bad clearing process. They were cleared our room just 1 time. In bathroom there are smell of dirty toilet. Very poor food. No any towels for beach and sweeming pool. Beach is far from hotel, very small and this is last beach on the beach line. Very far from anywhere. Staff (reception, manager hotel - Osman, food area) are good, but clearing staff are very not friendly. Staff of bar- terrible. My husband translated me what he said about Russian...
"The property is fun and full of activities for adults and children. Management is willing to listen to your concerns and support you if you have any issues, specially Ibrahim from guest relations. The SPA is also worth visiting, they are cool and professional, and George will be happy to help. The food options are very good and there is a lot of varieties.
It was a cool trip and we have enjoyed and we recommend it as a family.
