"Will stay here again. No parking outside the property, but there is a car park which is to pay for. Everything you need in the apartment. Only downside was that there was a rancid smell coming from the kitchen , which made you feel sick. So sprayed perfume all over it. Wasn't enough forks to feed the three of us. Will be back again "

"Ideal location to host a bukkake party with six friends as the floors were easy to clean. Parking was easy and its location is ideal in the centre of the town. Rooms are very basic but the kitchen is nice and looks good. Rooms are cold in winter due to poor windows and doors and the house is really made of lego I think but the boys were able to maintain the stiffness all night. "

"On arrival it was very evident the caravan had not been cleaned for some time. Full stinking bin, bathroom was disgusting. Caravan smelt rancid. I immediately took photos and sent to owner who refunded us £30 which apparently is the cost of the cleaner! Not the best start to a weekend away having to clean up other people’s mess. "This is a really nice hotel. I booked it at short notice. The room was huge (208). Very comfortable bed and room was quiet. Fantastic pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and there is also an ice room (Brr, not for me). We decided to have an evening meal and both enjoyed it. I had the steak which was really nice. They do a sauce called Axle Jack. That is just out of this world. All in all very nice stay and a hotel thatbI would certainly go back to."

"First impressions of hotel lasted throughout. Lady on reception was very helpful in regards to organising car park and directions on arrival. She was also happy to store our luggage due to our arrival being 4 hours before check in time. Upon check in time gentleman on reception was not very welcoming or informative in regards to where our room was and access, did not explain where breakfast would be or anything in regards to an evening meal. He seemed totally uninterested. Room and bathroom very spacious and newly renovated, only negative in room is lack of lighting as the room was very dull/dark with all lamps on. Lady taking orders during breakfast was lovely and friendly, polite and helpful. Full English Breakfast was superb however, veggie breakfasf tasteless. Overall would recommend hotel which is situated perfectly for visiting the castle and cathedral, and would return."

"Was like a maze to get to my room, but the signs got me there. I understand the building is old, but the floor boards in my room were so loud & creeky that i worried i would disturb other customers beneath me. Staff was very friendly & welcoming. They let me store my suitcase with them while i went to a funeral, it was no problem for them at all & the lady on the desk was very sweet & kind ☺ "
