Sehr netter und Hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Zimmer war klein, aber ausreichend. Lage sehr nahe am Bahnhof, somit optimal für einen Transfer nach Edinburgh. Zustand und Sauberkeit müsste besser sein. Für 1 oder 2 Nächte ok.

Trata-se de uma casa com quartos . Uma pousada e nosso quarto não tinha banheiro com vaso sanitário, somente chuveiro. Dono da pousada é inflexível em relação ao horário limite do checkin: chegada até as 30 horas e horário de servir o café da manhã.

Exceptional hospitality

I arrived to a very warm welcome and Keith really could not do more to settle me in, even offering to book me a taxi to get me to my friends wedding. The room was clean, comfortable and the best breakfast I've ever had. Great location with a convenient one stop over the road with a cash point. Superb value for money and congratulations to Keith who became a grandad! Highly recommended, Home away from home.

Stayed 1 night for work. Nice b&b. Left to early for breakfast. Room was clean and warm. Loads of hot drinks and a snack. Clean and tidy.Good wifi in my room. Owner was friendly. 5 minute walk to town centre.Only bad point was the smell off smoke in the entrance hall.

Nice place to stay

Only stayed for one night, but the room was spotless and had everything you would need, including a very spacious shower. Breakfast was excellent as well. Only a 5 minute walk from Kirkcaldy station.

Location ok

When I first when to check in the owner whom I think was by the name of Keith was querying the price I had paid with booking direct with Expedia, I thought how bizarre! The he asked if we wanted a cooked breakfast in the morning and I said yes please. He told us 8.30, but we arrived at 8.15, we had to go back to our room even though there were empty tables, very odd. We went back at 8.30 and had breakfast which was okay. On the tables was a breakfast menu which says you can choose either full cooked breakfast, omelette with fillings of your choice, other options too. The 2nd day we went to breakfast he never asked us what we wanted, he assumed we were having cooked breakfast again, I said I wanted omelette he said I have already made you a cooked breakfast, ( what is the use of having breakfast menu's on the tables if he is giving you what he wants to give you. I would not go there again due to this, and due to the greeting I received, very strange man. Regards
