"Should be noted that spa access is restricted to one hour per day for residents. Priority is given to those who are having ‘experience days’ or the like. Funnily enough there was no option for this as hotel guests and we were not allowed use of robes or slippers. This wouldn’t be so much of issue if it weren’t incredibly slippy around the pool area for obvious reasons and that 95% of the spa users had been provided all this clobber. Makes you feel a bit uncomfortable sat around on wicker furniture in just your bathing gear and a towel that couldn’t mop up a shot glass. King sized room was a decent layout but partner had a severe reaction to the feathered bedding so be aware if you have allergies."
