"I just eant to thank the owners, Iris and Jack for a fantastic stay. We have stayed on many hotels over the years - a few 3 star and tons of 4 and 5 star hotels. The experience in this little eight toom hotel is just fantastic. Rooms are nice and clean. No TV. But that's a gift as you wont need it. There is the most fantastic bar with an extraordinary atmosphere. The place is a small walk from town - 15 minutes. There is quiet and calm and a very nice terrace. Breakfast is excellent. And if...

"Great spot, just a few minutes down the a9 from Pitlochry. Tranquil. Plenty of ducks wandering around. Lodge was equipped with most stuff you'd want. We stayed in the smaller joined lodges, and we were surprised how good the sound proofing was. Useful to have a washing machine available. "

House is beautiful, a real old house with original cornicing and centre rose above lights but with more modern conveniences made to fit the ethos of the house. We were greeted on arrival by our hosts and shown to our room which overlooked the garden. Room was beautiful with a (very) large comfortable bed, couch, wardrobe, t.v., chest of drawers which held a hairdryer and hot water bottles should they be needed and also the tea/coffee making...
