"I had an early flight and everyone starting with James one of the shuttle drivers made me feel very welcomed."

"Staff were nice and helpful, breakfast was solid, room was clean but the HVAC didn't work very well, so our room was very humid the whole time; much more humid than even the hallways? That was the only problem we had with our stay."

"The room was clean, the staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was really good, I enjoyed it. I didn’t need the shuttle service but it’s nice to know that it’s available for the customers. I suggest more lighting in the bathroom and perhaps a larger trashcan in the rooms. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to next year."

"Everybody was friendly from the time that I arrived all the way to the time of my departure. The front desk was helpful with making sure I was prepared for a shuttle to the airport for my flight home. Staff was also smiling and willing to answer any question."

"The property was undergoing a renovation, which was not disclosed when making the reservation. Our room was in need of repair - the nightstand was broken and leaning away from the wall, the shower door was broken. The business center was not available due to the renovation. The person who checked us in was fine, however, when we checked out, the gentleman behind the front desk did not acknowledge us, or ask us how our stay was. He told us we were good to go and did not thank us for staying...

"The location is ideal for a weekend get away with Family of your significant other. Only thing was that the hotel texted to offer late check out-when we got to the front they told us they dont offer the service when the hotel is booked-they should let it be known so that Guests are not caught up believing the service is offered."
