"Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"

"Absolutely loved our stay at Braemar cottages. Lovely homely touches throughout the cottage which was spotless and within easy walking distance to the village centre. Already planning my trip back! "

"The lodge was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Lovely views and more than ample space around each lodge so that the barbeques provided can be used safe in the knowledge they will not impact on the comfort of nearest neighbours. Obviously no shops in the immediate vicinity but Pitlochry, Dunkeld and Aberfeldy are all within a short driving distance affording ample shopping opportunities. "Accommodation excellent, very central . Dundee far exceeded my expectations, what a lovely place to visit. Only about a 10 minute walk from train station and most places walkable but also lots of buses if you want to explore. The apartment was just perfect, very comfortable and location couldn't have been better ."

"We were meeting friends to go to the Highland games and there were little lodging available at a reasonable price. I was a little concerned about the bothies based on earlier reviews but we all loved it. One friend was very tall and in a bothies with lower ceilings so they offered a different one but they didn't mind. We all enjoyed the wood stoves, the environment, and the beds. "There was a mix up between the website and the lodge. Check in is 4pm on wards. Checkout is 9.30 not 11am. No full breakfast only self service breakfast and access to some items. Location is beautiful, relaxing and quiet. Gareth is lovely and friendly and helpful. Room was the small room but perfect for what we needed. We had a lovely staff. Explained to Gareth the mix up with hotels.com and said worth checking the details. "

"Absolutely beautiful lodge! We only had one night here, sadly, and wished we could have stayed longer. The breakfast was delicious as well, and the views from the dining room are lovely. I would have loved to explore more of the Cairngorms from this location; I bet it would be the perfect place to stay for that too."
