"The sink in the bathroom was clogged, the lights in the room did not work, the smell in the hallways was horrible! There was no coffee maker in the room as advertised. The gal at the front desk was very nice and tried to find another room that was comparable, but those rooms also had issues with lights not working. She agreed to cancel our reservation with no penalty. The rooms are not as nice as they look in the pictures! The property is very old and not well maintained."

"Clean spacious room, friendly staff . We stayed here because not too many hotels in town have indoor pool and granddaughter wanted to go swimming. We were told pool was heated but it was very cold. Hot tub could be a few degrees hotter, it had weak jets too,"

"The place was very nice clean, our room was nice and clean the breakfast was great good choice of food to choose from. The pool area was clean and nice for the kids, but the smell of chlorine was very strong we didn't stay long because our eyes started to burn and the kids started to cough bad. And the there was the room across the hallway from us that had a doge and for two nights we were all awake by the dog barking at 5 in the morning and didn't stop for about 7. Did get much rest. But...

"No coffeemaker in room, and the floors were a bit sticky. Walls were extremely thin which doesn't usually bother me but did this time for some reason. But the staff was very nice, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the location was good with lots of free parking. Would stay here again. "
