"This hotel is very beautiful ,my fiance and I loved how nicely decorated the place is. It has an exotic and luxurious feel to it. The grounds are meticulously kept and the rooms are clean . The staff were kind and very polite . We highly recommend this place and next time I visit Tanzania this will be my first choice to get a room."

"A quaint inn-like lodging outside of Dar es Salaam by the beach. Our stay was made extra special by housekeeping, reception, restaurant staff. While the property was well maintained and clean, the beach was not maintained, littered with garbage brought in and out with the tides. If Mediterraneo could also focus on its beach clean up, it would stand out with pride as a corporate citizen being part of the solution."

"While the communal spaces and lobby are clean, grand and well maintained. The room was shabby with marks on the mirror, broken tiles in the bath room and burn marks from an iron on the desk. The bed was conformable and clean. The breakfast buffet was woeful."

"The Staff in the property are amazing especially a lady named Angel. quality of the breakfast, coffeeshop / bar and the view are all great. Location is prime and very safe for tourists not familiar with the city. We very much enjoyed our trip."
