The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. My partner and I speak limited Japanese, but were able to navigate without any trouble. The public bath and pool were both clean, spacious, and relaxing. The in-room bath had a gorgeous view of the water and the door to the balcony allowed for a nice bit of airflow. The restaurant buffet was also superb with a wide selection for all pallets. The bus to and from the train station was very convenient.

We had the time of our lives here! Everything was above excellent—the staff, the facilities, our room, and above the rest was the food! The all you can eat breakfast and dinner buffet had so many options and all of them were delicious. They had western, Japanese, Chinese, and more. Unlimited drinks. Our room was spacious, tatami mat area, big bedroom, and had a large bathroom with your own onsen style bath over looking the bay and you can see mt Fuji across the water! Also the public onsen has great views overlooking the bay and mt. Fuji Last but not least, the staff is so courteous and kind, attending to your every need and want.

とても豪華で大人向きな仕様のホテルなので、ゆったりしたいと思い予約しましたが、現状は小さいお子さんが多くて騒がしく、接客もエコノミーな対応となっておりました。またお部屋へは15時になってからお上がり下さいとのことでエレベーター前がロープをはり大行列になっており、時間が勿体なく非効率だと思いました。花火などの演出はとっても頑張っていて良かったと思います。

木更津の三日月は龍宮亭は泊まったことがあったのですが、富士見亭は初めて。龍宮亭も子連れでわちゃわちゃ楽しく過ごせて良かったのですが、こちらの富士見亭はゆったりと大人向けですね。親戚一同の大人数の子連れ旅行だと龍宮亭、そうでない場合は富士見亭がおすすめです。違う楽しみ方があります。 館内はとっても清潔で従業員の方の対応も笑顔で気持ちよく過ごせました。 そして食事がすごく美味しい！龍宮亭も美味しかったのですが、こちらの方はワンランク上ですね。ウェルカムドリンクでワインもありました。 従業員の方の目がしっかりと行き届いているのでビュッフェ皿が棚に補充されて見た目にも綺麗でした。 スパは別館で歩いても行けるし、午後は巡回バスが出ています。 あまりにも快適すぎて周りの同僚や友人にもおすすめしました。また是非とも宿泊したいホテルです。

워터파크에 야외수영장, 실내수영장 그리고 야외노천탕이 각 건물별로 남/녀 목욕탕이 2곳이나 있어 방에 있는 탕까지 즐기려면 3일도 부족하네요. 식사는 뷔페뿐인데 줄 서는 것도 그렇고 사람많아 시끄럽고 정신없는건 아쉬워요. 다만, 로비에서 오후에 주는 웰컴드링크(차류, 알콜류) 와 디너의 무제한 드링크(위스키, 리큐어, 와인, 사케, 생맥주 등 포함) 그리고 멋진뷰의 노천탕이 모든 것을 상쇄시켜줍니다. 워터파크도 느리지만 워터슬라이드와 유스풀이 있어 충분히 즐기고 놀 수 있어요. 차로 5분 거리에 셔틀 제공되는 아웃렛도 있어 외식이나 쇼핑에도 좋아요. 도쿄에서 1시간이 안걸리니, 이 거리에 이 정도의 할거리, 마실거리 제공이라면 올 인클루시브 수준이라. 또 올 생각있어요. It's one of the best place with water! You can enjoy waterpark, which has slow slide and youth pool, and in and out swimming pool. The best point was 2 outside spa os 2 buildings. It's very spacious and the sea view from the hotspring spa was wonderful!! It's not enough to enjoy even 3days. The meal was buffet so noisy and distracted but the free alcohol for afternoon and dinner was good. This is almost like all inclusive resorts. It was close enough from tokyo and outlet was very close(the hotel support shuttle) to shop and eat. I am very satisfied with this resorts.

初めて宿泊しました。今までの中で部屋や食事、設備も満足でしたが、オールインクルーシブとの認識でしたが、チェックイン時のドリンクサービスのアルコール提供が少なかったり、浴後はお茶や水しかなかったのが、残念でした。 それと、チェックアウト時に、エレベーター降りてすぐに、ルームキーを入れる所があったのは、チェックアウトと勘違いしてしまうので、フロントにキーを渡すべきかと思いました。 入湯税を帰宅後に請求されました。
