"Que no estuviera en el centro no fue un problema, pero las instalaciones son antiguas y, aunque estaba todo muy limpio, no está bien acondicionado. Pasamos frío cenando en el restaurante y en la habitación durante toda la noche a pesar de usar las colchas y mantas que teníamos. Además, los futones y almohadas nos parecieron muy incómodos, pero es una apreciación personal. El baño no pudimos usar la ducha del frío que hacía. Queríamos vivir la experiencia de un riokan, pero no fue lo esperado."

"Very commercial onsen hotel with lots of staff onsite when checking in to a point it actually feels quite overwhelming. A nice touch when arriving where they allow you to drop off the luggage and drive into the parking lot where a mini shuttle is there to drive you back to the hotel but the negative is the next morning when you’re leaving you’re left dragging your luggage down a slight slope where it makes you feel like valued guest when you arrive but when you’re leaving they don’t really care...
