"We were very disappointed w our room. The dresser had a broken drawer, the bed was ok, nothing great at all, the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, and our door wouldn’t lock."

"Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....

"We enjoyed our stay at Coachman inn. Walking distance to all surrounding amenities including kittery outlets, trading post, dunkin, ice cream shop, candy shop, walmart and target just across the new hampshire bridge! Staff were super helpful and friendly even allowed us to check in 3 hours early. If we really had to be picky our only complaint is if we stayed here more than one night and had to use the shower it wasn’t the cleanest. Nothing extreme just some hair in the shower. "I stayed 5 nights at the Everhome Suites in Newington / Portsmouth NH. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel itself was very clean and the room was also very clean and comfortable. The A/C worked well which was great given there was a heat wave while we stayed there. The only advice I would give is to bring some extra cutlery as the room only has 2 of everything which can be annoying. We just went to Walmart across the street and picked up some disposable cutlery and plates."

"The room was of a nice size and very comfortable. Though quite near a busy road, there was absolutely no intrusive sound. The temperature control was simple to operate and otherwise satisfactory. The staff was courteous and helpful. The pool looked very nice. Not luxurious but certainly more than adequate for a restful night."

The front desk needs staff present at all times. Although there is a bell to ring for someone, upon check-in hours and later in evening, and following morning, no one is at the FRONT. "Overall great experience: big clean room with a a full kitchen(!), solid breakfast buffet, convenient location, and very friendly/helpful staff! Only complaint: AC in the room occasionally made noise that sounded like it needed some maintenance, we had to turn it off then on again once, but nothing serious."
