We had two major issues with our stay here. Our daughter is a junior at UNH, so we have stayed in multiple hotels in the area over the past few years while visiting her. We will never return to this property again.
The hotel did not properly plow their parking lot which significantly reduced the size of their lot, and we were asked to park on the street (metered parking) over night. Also, the hotel allows dogs, and we had a guest with a dog stay in the room above us that barked and ran around all night, which led to not much sleep our second night there. The property manager did credit us one of our two room nights to make up for the bad experience.
All in all, this property does not meet the level of quality both in property management, (only one person on property) nor in its amenities to meet the value of what they are charging for a room night. There are many other properties in the neighborhood with much better value in relation to the cost.
I’d shop around and only book here if room inventory is at a minimum in the area, understanding the high cost of a room night here does not match the low value you will receive in return.
