"The apartment was very clean and large. With up to 6 personer being able to stay there. Two bathrooms was excellent. With a trampoline and a pool just outside made a large positive difference for the youngest kids. The pool was maintained daily and nicely clean. Also very convenient to have a pizzaria/restaurant right below the apartment. Very nice staff. Considering the price, I highly recommend this place. "

"When we checked in we were the only ones there. It was dark, all the lights were off, scary like a haunted house. Very Creepy at night. Mattress needs replaced, way too firm. The dark haired younger guy who checked us in said his mom was sick, so we can't do dinner and you may not want to eat breakfast either. Scared to eat breakfast, but the wife liked it and she got very sick after that. Rough night. "

"Eine verdunkelungs Gardine hatte keine funktion. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. Ansonsten waren...

"We had a wonderful stay here for 6 days. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. Honesty bar and free coffee machines in the lounge area. Room was immaculately clean, modern and had everything we needed. Location was quiet and an 8 mins walk to cityxpress lift. Friendly staff. Small pool and lovely sauna. Great value for money. "

"Das Zimmer war mehr als inakzeptabel. Es war der Switch (WLAN Verteiler) im Zimmer. Dieser hat durchgehend laut gebrummt, sodass es bei dem Lärm kaum möglich war zu schlafen. Zudem gab es keinen Verdunklungsvorhang, weshalb das Zimmer die gesamte Nacht hell erleuchtet war (direkt vor dem Zimmer befindet sich die Leuchtreklame des Hotels). Auch das Badezimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig. Der Duschkopf war mit dem Wasserhahn des Waschbeckens verbunden, damit überhaupt die Wasserzufuhr möglich ist."

"Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel, tolle Lage! Die Zimmer sind in sehr sauberen Zustand aber könnten ein kleines Modernisierungsprogramm-Update erhalten. Das Frühstück ist super. Die Halbpension hatten wir nicht gebucht. Fand es aber schade, dass man nicht ein Schnitzel oder Kaiserschmarren Bestellen konnte, es gab im täglichen Wechsel immer nur das Halbpension Menü. "Does exactly what is says in the tin. Great location in the heart of town, facilities all spot on. Breakfast was fairly standard but plentiful and nice. Staff all very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Virkelig dejligt Gasthaus hotel med god restuarant, centralt beliggende i Kaprun. Vi blev ved ankomsten opgraderet til et større værelse uden beregning, og var meget tilfredse med hele opholdet. Inkluderet i opholdet var til vores overraskelse blandt andet et frikort til mange lifter i området. Både området, byen og hotellet kan varmt anbefales. "

"Yes the stay was good. Central location. Only issue was that the is no front desk staff and email with check in code did not arrive in time. Amazon does not have a good setup with the small local places. Communication is usually not great. Thanks!"
