Smart and comfortable hotel near the lake

Room was large with a balcony. Very comfortable. Disappointingly no in room coffee making facilities and note room service does not appear to be 24 hours. Restaurant is also closed on a Sunday. Very good spa with indoor and outdoor pools though outdoor pool about to close temporarily for maintenance. Restaurant has friendly staff and good menu but our experience wasnt great as had to wait over an hour for our food and they got the order wrong. Lovely park and lake within walking distance as was West Station although not all street lights were working making some of the area very dark. We arrived at the start of October so end of season really and not a lot open in the area though we went to mini mundus which is very worth a visit and the food stall in their car park serves great currywurst.

Weekend Break

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is quite close to the city and has a free spa and a pool just the breakfast was a bit expensive. Overall, a good place to stay

Nice (large) hotel. The main reason of my visit was their outside pool. But … very limited opening hours. So no outside swimming possibility.That was not communicated very well.

A wonderful house. Nice roof pool, wonderful spa and sauna and a lovely fitness. Incredible breakfast. Polite people. And a huge stylish room. Some management problems: No explanation that there are bath shoes. No offer of the Wörthersee card, no explanation of the house. When you where asking they were very helpful. And I have to pay the breakfast on the same day because I did not give them my credit card at the check in. Why wasn't it possible to add it to my room. And I got a room for a disable person (that they have one I found extraordinary, but sitting on the toilet without touching the ground was not ok ). And it seems that I got the last room. I asked for a quiet room, but this wasn't possible to get one. During 4 nights the bedding never have been changed, which was no problem for me but to see each day the same torn pillow makes me wondering why they didn't change it. In summery it has been 4,5 stars, but sorry I could not give 5stars.

Preis Leistung ist nicht gegeben, ich war schon günstiger, königlich untergebracht. Das Personal ist sehr steril, um nicht unfreundlich zu sagen, das nötigste wird gesagt das wars dann. Checkin erst um 16 Uhr! wo gibt's denn sowas noch? Der Name suggeriert ein Hotel am See, dass ist wohl die größte Täuschung. Das Zimmer war groß, eigentlich stylisch aber Plastikvorhänge verbreiten Krankenhaus Charme und das Bett/Matratze war keine 4 Sterne wert. 185€ für ein Einzelzimmer ist schon deftig, Frühstück nochmal 25€ extra, dafür war es sehr umfangreich, vielseitig und hochwertig. Der Wellnessbereich schaut auf den ersten Blick gut aus, Liegen beim Pool sind gemütlich, im Saunabereich sehr eng gestellt und nicht so angenehm. Der Pool ist zu kalt, dass haben auch alle Kollegen so empfunden, ein Problem ist der Einstieg, er ist nur über eine Leiter möglich. Nicht Behindertengerecht, mit körperlichen Einschränkungen konnten ihn einige nicht nutzen. Das (kleine) Sportbecken ist noch schwerer erreichbar, zudem am anderen Ende und eine Etage höher als der Wellnessbereich und wurde für ein Training genutzt. Ich war nur in der finnischen Sauna, der Boden war sehr heiß, eine Matte wäre angebracht. Bei Dienstreisen nutze ich oft Hotels um sie auf Privat Urlaubstauglichkeit zu testen, dieses Hotel werde ich nicht mehr buchen. Keine Nachfrage ob der Aufenthalt gefallen hat, keine gute Reise Wünsche, nichtmal ein Gruß beim vorbeigehen nach dem Frühstück.

Der Aufenthalt im Seepark Hotel war spitze! Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer mit Zustellbett gebucht und hatten auch unseren Hund dabei. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist spitze, die Zimmer ruhig, die Mitarbeiter überall sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist mitunter aufgrund seiner Lage (im Univiertel, nahe der Autobahn, direkt neben dem Europapark und v.a. Anbindung zum Lendkanal) grandios. Mit unseren SUPs sind wir direkt vom Hotel über den angebundenen Lendkanal los und konnten nach ein paar Minuten den wunderschönen Wörthersee erreichen. Einziges Manko: Teppichböden in allen Zimmern - v.a. mit Hund nicht so ideal. Dennoch: sehr gerne wieder.

Nous avons sélectionné cet hôtel car il est indiqué dans les détails qu’il y’a un Room service 24h24. Il n’y avait pas de room service à notre arrivée. Nous avions également choisit une chambre supérieure et nous avons eu une chambre classique pour le même prix… Pas très sérieux.
