"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Schlosspalais! The hotel was quaint, warm and welcoming, with a beautiful view of Wernigerode Castle right from our room. A lovely place to stay while visiting Wernigerode!"

Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Room comfortable and clean.

"Had problems Checking in on the phone
Fortunately there is a person @ the reception from 10am to 8pm,otherwise I would have been screwed. After checking in the sent the room# but no code for the Key Box.
Breakfast was fabulous and Room was way bigger than expected
Overall a 10 except the "virtual check in" sucks"

"Dårlig beliggenhet, men veldig rent. Godt utstyrte leiligheter for 4 personer.
