Khách sạn Kline , Hesperus

"The hotel was very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. However, the hotel wasn't constructed well enough to remain quiet overnight. You can hear other customers both inside their rooms and outside in the parking lot. The is a Dunkin' right next door which is convenient and a Freddy's Burger place on the other side of Dunkin' and has very good food."

"Bug in the room The staff were nice. The pool was not open when it should have been. Sauna not turned on."

"The historic Strater is a great alternative to sterile modern hotels. Besides being a hotel, it's effectively a museum as well, with many artifacts and displays located throughout the property. Fun place to stay and very friendly/helpful staff."

"Great"

"There were no funky odors in the halls or our room."

"The breakfast choices were excellent and presented well. The Staff was helpful and pleasant. The property was reasonably maintained but needs more effort. The only true negative were their choice of pillows. Relatively minor complaint but they were square, hard, tall in profile and there was no ability to make them work comfortably on the bed. If there were thinner pillows available, then they would work as part of the options."

"Nice facility and breakfast. Definitely will stay there next time we are in Durango overnight."

"Breakfast does not start until 7 am, and we left before that."

"Nicely renovated motel! Our room was clean, modern, and spacious even with two queen beds. Lots of small amenities in the room like hooks to hang coats and backpacks, trays for muddy shoes, etc. Staff were super helpful and friendly. We had an issue with our refrigerator - aside from having maintenance check on it, they also offered to store our food and ice packs in the office until the issue was fixed. Definitely recommend and would stay there again."

"Everything about the property is fine. Not sure why reviews are so bad. Front desk staff is horrible. Don't expect anything from them, even kindness. They are undertrained and rude. Five minutes of hospitality training would improve things 100%. I feel for the housekeepers because they told me they dont get tips and they do a good job. Unfortunately the front desk leaves a sour taste and the housekeepers pay the price. Room was clean and in decent shape, beds were fine but the chairs suck....
