"Overall, we had a very good stay at the airport hotel in Billund. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The location is convenient, especially if you're flying into or out of Billund. The only disappointment was the communication regarding the complimentary shuttle service ..."

"Very family-friendly hotel. Good and free parking. Good customer service. No fridge in the room. Bad ventilation. Door to bathroom sags and was hard to close and open. The room doesn't seem to be well maintained."

"Fantastisk hotell!!! Nydelig arkitektur, rolige og flotte omgivelser. Nydelig mat og veldig hyggelig personale. Badefasilitetene var helt utsøkte, det samme gjelder treningsrommet hvor det er mye mer apparater enn hva bildene i prospektet viser. Anbefales på det sterkeste."
