"Upon arrival the room was not clean at all. In the bathroom there were, amongst others, a lot of hairs in the shower drain area. When you shower, a lot of water comes on the toilet. No mirrow in the room or shower. The swimming pool is a municipal swimming pool open for everybody. One 100 meter pool with warm water, so not suitable for professional swim training. "Hotel was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to message her on WhatsApp for whatever I needed. Pool is nice and clean. We even had a massage right in our room. Hotel offers taxi service, tours and bike rental. Definitely would recommend a stay at the Dagan Bungalows. "

"We have loved the staff! They are absolutely the best and always willing to help us. We appreciate everything they did for us. Banana pancake is my favourite ❤️ Good massage. Possibility to rent moto-bike on site. The owner/manager of the property is very interesting and nice person. He cares a lot about the guests. Good location for the visiting of main attraction in Ubud and very silent place. "
