"The rooms had been updated and a great shower, however our family who booked a room were given a room that still had a guest in it! Then the 2nd room they were given, the air conditioner was not working then only to find out the filter was so filthy, the air could not come through. The staff person on duty was absolutely the worse representative the hotel could have chosen..he was rude, argumentative and threatening. I was told that i was not a wyndham member because i booked through Expedia....

I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including convenient parking, a mini fridge, complimentary water, and a nightly fire pit - such a nice touch for relaxing after a half-marathon race.
