Clee Hill from Knowbury. Just north of Knowbury, a patchwork of small fields on poor quality farmland. There were many small holdings here, often belonging to miners. The area is occasionally threatened by open cast operators.

Field off Caynham Road. Under grass, a silage crop being taken a couple of weeks before my visit. Many fields on the slopes of Clee Hill are under grass with mature trees in the hedgerows. Picture shows a very typical landscape in this area.

Humbug Cottage worth a visit
A great quite deceivingly large property with some great old features. The standard of the fixtures and fittings are very high and the brownies on arrival were amazing. Much Wenlock is a li ely setting with pmenty of shops, cafe's and pubs.
