"Receptionist upon arrival was delightful but when she heard me say “ the basketball game starts soon” she laughed and told me that if it was on CBS I wouldn’t be watching it. It was and I missed a 1 point regional final game. Not remotely funny since we had planned our drive around game time.
In addition not one of the clocks in the room was set to the right time. I tried to set the alarm clock but needed a screwdriver to do so.
Will definitely use another hotel chain next trip. "
