I had a good stay with a nice view and Room was mostly clean and spacious, but bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast didn't like it was very simple and lacking but at least the hotel had breakfast. Something to eat if you didn't want to go out for breakfast.

Friendly staff. Very clean and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Penn Wells is a good value for the money. We would gladly stay there again....
