"I booked 2 jacuzzi villas, that were nothing like the pictures. The villas were old, the bathroom so old that the shower head was only allowing water to come out through half of his small openings. At night there was a sewage smell coming from the shower drain. Breakfast is poor, only the egg station that is okay. Yogurt left out the entire time, in the heat. When something finishes something else is brought out - for example there were baked potatoes with cheese but the moment they finished...

"Overall it was a decent stay with very kind and accommodating staff. The biggest issue is the sound proofing between rooms and the corridor. The room doors are so heavy that they slam closed ensuring you hear every entrance/exit on your floor. They cater mainly to families so if you are looking to avoid screaming kids, this is not the place for you. There is an abundance of checked-out parents letting their kids go wild and being rude to staff. I personally wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel...

Der Strand fällt flach ab und da kann man auch während der verschiedenen Gezeiten gut im Meer baden, was in Phuket wegen der Unterströmung oft zu gefährlich ist. "Hotel was ok for the price point so was not expecting too much. They clearly cater for a certain demographic with the food on offer at breakfast and the number of guests from India and China making this obvious. Staff were very good and extremely patient given the hassle they receive from some guests. "

"Fabulous place! Just gorgeous! Food is great! Private beach, Long Beach and snorkeling just a few minutes walk away. Rooms are amazing. The only thing noteworthy was depending on your room location you will hear the long tail boats driving by. But that certainly didn’t ruin it for us! Awesome place!"

"Not as what advertised. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. All they did was made the bed and refill water. There was mess under the bed, and the bathroom map was smelly the whole time. They need to do better. In addition the breakfast was not worth the price. 4.5 out of. 10"
