Convenient location and helpful staff.

Stayed twice because it so convenient and the staff are very helpful. Rooms are basic but a good size and comfortable.

Napier House is a joke!

Don't think about booking this dump. Niyati's boutique guest house on Quieros Street have gorgeous rooms at the same price.

expedia should not propose such kind of house !

when we reached Napier House, our driver told us... where can i leave my car, it's looking unsafe, here... then, at reception, the man showed us a room at ground level without any window, dirty as anything, hot and humid, we asked him about the room we've booked at 1rst floor with balcony; he told us it was unavailable due to a AC breakdown... we told him we didn't pay such amount of money to sleep in this kind of room , as we were really angry (after more than 8 hours travel) he called the owner who proposed us a room in another house, it was better, as we were really tired, we took it, but...... no AC, no hot water, and, in the morning, nobody was able to prepare our breakfast !

Quiet, restful hotel

200 year old Portuguese building has thick walls which impede wifi but make for a quiet time. Delicious breakfast of omelet and fresh fruit on lovely terrace. Location near Parade grounds and a few blocks from the beach. The staff was most helpful.
