"All good except for parking. I had to park elsewhere which was difficult on a Saturday evening. I would advise the hotel on website list a number of nearby car parks to use on busy days."

"Room was very well appointed and lots of plug sockets everywhere. Nice bathroom, shower enclosure leaked (I rarely find a hotel that doesn't). Room was warm even in March and the air-con only worked for heat at that time of year. TV had only 2 English news channels, not even one English movie or music channel. Shame. It's nice to go to bed and watching something for an hour..... We would stay again, it's super central and we paid only £75 p/n."

"Unfortunately, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. In the morning, the cleaners also appeared to forget that guests were still in the room sleeping. However, the reception staff were amazing. All the girls we met were very helpful and apologetic for the issues, even though stuff were beyond their control. Their professionalism really stood out. The location is very good."

"Didn’t get the VIP perks. Good location for easy stop for tram. However it can be noisy if room overlooking the tram tracks. Also lot of party people at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Great choice, fast resupply of items, large choice. Fresh and delicious. Rooms are spacious. Also a gym and a dry sauna. "
