"Gutes Hotel, gut eingerichtete Zimmer dem Alter des Hotel angemessen, gutes Frühstückbuffet, Spa Sauna und Schwimmbad Bereich sehr gut und gesamtes Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hotel liegt in einer sehr schönen Umgebung der Masuren."

"Nice and updated hotel but Rooms are a little outdated. No A/C but had standard heating.They do have a spa with facial massage. They also have a restaurant. Restaurant staff speaks limited English and could be more friendly."

"Fun and pleasurable hotel and fully modern inside an ancient castle. Staff can work a little better on customer service. overall, a good experience and would recommend."
