Nice view!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom pool villa. Lovely space and great view. It was a little tired, it’s of small things that need fixing. Back patio doors lock didn’t work initially, was fixed but remained temperamental. AC in our bedroom was very noisy. Safe was tiny - not big enough for an iPad. They requested a 3000 baht deposit in cash which they didn’t warn us about. Breakfast was very simple and repetitive. Nice propertyvand location, just needs a lot of TLC to improve.

A retenir personnel souriant et pas responsable de tout ce qui est négatif. Expédia propose 4.5 étoiles pour cet établissement qui était pour moi un gage de qualité et que je ne serais pas déçu et pourtant... pourquoi proposer encore cet hébergement qui se vante d’avoir un Expédia reward 2014-2015... La villa louée était dans un état vétuste, sale en témoigne quelques exemples ci-dessous : - odeur nauséabonde autour de la piscine et dans une des salles de bains - piscine privée du logement dans laquelle les joints sont verts et un carreau de faïence au fond est décollé. - Poire de douche pleine de calcaire et traces d’usure et de saleté. L’eau coule de part et autre du pommeau. Robinets de travers - Porte cassée, peinture écaillée, meuble repeint sommairement, sous évier bancal, jour entre la porte et le montant, traces sur le canapé et table,cuvette toilette jaunit - Minibar non compris alors sauf erreur il était inclus mais à la limite si il n’y avait que ça... Mon logement le plus cher de mon séjour et au final le plus décevant de tous... Le 2ème jour la piscine était pleine de feuille je me suis rendu à la réception pour demander un nettoyage rapide pendant que je prenais mon petit déjeuner on m’a répondu il s’en occupe de suite, le soir toujours rien n’avait été fait... La plage au bas du resort n’est pas top il faut marcher 500 m pour avoir une plage bien et peu fréquentée... seul point positif!!! En résumé vous trouverez mieux et moins cher...

Amazing place.... Staff in reception (Jigzy) was so helpful always smile ,Breakfasts lots to choice from Hotel not in city centre or can you walk have free shuttles into pier was ok can rent a motor bike is lot easier. Great if you want relax fantastic ocean view from my villa I plan go back next year and stay longer.

Will not replay, wish I could rewind

1 bed villa with private pool. Arrived early so I understood that they wouldnt let us in to our room, but instead they said we could wait in reception (a small room with not air con) 35 degrees outside and humidity of 90%. Instead we went to look around the villa area and saw that the room was vacant. We sat on the beach for 30 minutes and asked again if we could check in. Eventually they agreed to let us in. The pools weren’t so private, you were basically on show to anyone that walked passed. We asked to be moved to another room, 4 rooms later we were shown a room at in a higher location, so our privacy wasnt invaded. The website and in room catalogue states anyone staying in the villa has access to a complimentary mini bar throughout their stay. This wasn’t the case. In fact there wasnt a mini bar at all. They jus replenished bottles of water daily. The rooms and furniture looked tired. The edge of the bed had dirt marks going all around it. The bathtub / homemade jacuzzi let out a stench when switched on. The pool area was very small and the sun hardly hit the area. The reception staff had difficulties understanding English, some more then others. The complimentary shuttle bus to Chaweng beach was great and the drivers were polite and courteous. We were told we can have breakfast across the road near the residence part of the resort (the grass cafe) don’t go there. Food was awful, it was a sauna and food / drink left out in the heat.

Highly Recommend.

We spend 9 days here. IPart of the relaxation and enjoyment of this holiday was because of the resort. The villas are as described. They are older but this does not detract from them. You have your own villa with spa, huge indoor spa bath (worth doing and waiting for 30 minutes for it to fill. Fits two people easily). Food is excellent. There is choices between the restaurant, room service and the family shop across the road. The pool is also very nice. I lost track of time and days. I also highly recommend the massages. I had bad back & shoulder pains. The cost of the massages are cheap and she worked out all my problems without being told what they were. If you go ask for "Pla". She has therapeutic hands. Hubby had massages from "Tum". Also good. They come to the room and they do wonders for aching muscles etc. We had three massages while there and came home with no sore back or neck. The mini bar is free. That included a bottle of white wine, a bottle of scotch, two beers and other drinks. They replace it every day if you use it. We don't drink so that might have been wasted on us but it was an option if we wanted it. I did get my own coffee, milk and sugar from the family store but that is because I drink a lot of coffee and we do this with every hotel we stay in. Taxis are cheap so the location is perfect to get around. I recommend going to the Festival Shopping Centre and going to the movies. Really good resort.

Fint - men ikke fantastisk

Boede i en af deres Villa'er. Stranden nede foran Villa'erne er ikke særlig god - men går man en 3-400 meter hen af stranden er den ganske fin - Derudover er der en ganske god pool på hotellet, der ligger på den anden side af vejen - Dog er der ikke ret mange solsenge der og det trækker lidt ned. Villa'erne har deres egne solsenge, men pga. træerne er det ikke alle steder der kommer ret meget sol - Både skidt og godt - Alt efter hvad man er til. Der er lidt mange myg ved Villa'erne pga. beplantningen, men det er ikke mere end det kan klares med lidt myggespray, som hotellet levere. Hotellet ligger lidt væk for alting, men hvis man ikke har noget imod at gå en 15 minutter kommer man let ind til Fisherman's Village. Men der er meget fredeligt og roligt på Replay, så hvis det er det man leder efter, er det et okay sted.

wir haben vom Hotel ein Two-Room-Upgrade erhalten, die Villa war ein Traum, es fehlte uns an Nichts. Der Service war sehr hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und super schnell. Das Frühstück jeden Tag wählbar und wird zur angegebener Zeit kostenfrei in die Villa gebracht, man kann auch im Restaurant frühstücken.Man die Umgebung fußläufig erreichen oder auch für ganz wenig Geld ein Taxi oder Kleinbus nehmen (Verhandlungssache)

Its the worse hotel ever i would never reccomend

I would never reccomend these villas they are in disrepair mouldy and dirty .The pool is like a giant fish tank full of algie so you can not use it .The bedding and villa smelt mouldy and dirty and the bed had bed bugs it should not be advetised as a 4* i would say a 1* is better the photos are misleading and are not true .The manager was not helpful and the staff can only do what they can .The grounds was over grown the mosiqutos was a nightmare between the bed bugs and the mosquitos dont no what was worse the beach was disgusting never seen a beach so neglected and dirty in all my life the rubbish that had washed up and there was just no care they cleaned the little bit just by the villas but you look to your right all the way to half way down was dirty broken glass and where the other nice hotels and villas was is clean and clear .Dont book you can get alot better for your money then stayiing there .

The hotel is conventley located right in the heart of Koh Samui Close to everything you would want to do. The hotel is breath taking with beach views and scenery like nothing you’ve seen before The staff are all very friendly and do everything in there power to help you with all your inquerys I highly recommend you stay here you will not be disappointed. I’d like to thank all the staff for making me fill at home and helping me when I got into accdent they really do go above and beyond thank you !!!

schönes Hotel, Strand etwas enttäuschend

tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, schönes ruhiges Hotel, allerdings war der Strand sehr dreckig und wir konnten hier nicht wirklich im Meer baden. (Könnte aber auch daran liegen, dass es die Tage davor Hochwasser gab, am Tag der Abreise haben die Hotelangestellten jedenfalls gerade den Strand gesäubert)

Nice pool villa hotel, Love it!!!

Villa is great and comfy. Pool is quite small but enough for relaxing. Staffs weren't that friendly.

Isnt a good location and beach area isn't nice

I liked the concept of the villa with the private pool but because of the trees surrounding the villas there's lots of bugs and you'll get eaten alive out there. The beach isn't clean water and it's a little rocky and seaweed. Also you can walk all the way to the middle of the oven and the water won't pass your knees. Thailand is known for their beaches so don't waste your time coming to a side that you won't get a nice ocean or a sandy beach. Lastly the food was a little off and we and my sister got sick from the breakfast the last day and are spending the remaining of our trip on the bathroom. Also I went for a run and a local dog bit me and kept wanting to bite me and the owners just watched and didn't grab their dog! They provided bathrobes but when I went to wear it, it was very sandy

Nette kleine Villen direkt am Meer

Kleine Ansammlung von Villen direkt am Meer. Im Prinzip eine schöne Anlage jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Teilweise nur notdürftig repariert. Gartenstühle und -Tisch waren völlig verrostet. Niicht besonders achön dekoriert zB mit einer gefakten Bücherwand. Keine Dusche nur Badewanne. Der Schlauch für die Brause war so kurz das man nur auf Knien duschen könnte. Sehr dürftiges Frühstück auf Jugendherberge-Niveau
