"We stayed at Alianthos Suites for a quiet getaway away from the busy center of Chania, and the location was exactly what we wanted. The area is peaceful, and the pool area is lovely for relaxing. This meant we couldn't resolve basic things, such as broken air-conditioning in our room, slow wifi, and access to towels for the pool (which we were informed would be available from the reception for the duration of our stay).
