A pancake for the kids was not possible to get, and no flexibility at all. Only one sachet of nescafe was available per breakfast. when you ordered a thing it took so long to get it, and you had to ask several time to be sure thay have not forgotten your order, "

I still came back 8 hours later to an uncleaned room. At buffet breakfast there were flies everywhere.
