"We had a long layover in Frankfurt and didn’t want to stray far from the airport as we were leaving early the next day. The hotel was nice but wouldn’t give me HH points as I booked through Expedia. Being that we were passing through in June it was hot and AC is a luxury only in the rooms. The other issue was the mang kindly lent us EU plug adapters for the night, we were worn out from traveling."

"The room was beautiful and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated that there were plenty of dining options downstairs. I was traveling solo so it was extremely convenient having the airport terminal across the way. It is only a short walk across a bridge to get to an elevator that takes you down to the level needed. It’s tricky to find, but if you ask for help it won’t be a problem."

"All staff very friendly and professional. Our dinner at the onsite restaurant was delicious and of very high quality. The room was absolutely quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the onsite pool, sauna, and massage services. Highly recommended for the night before international travel."

"The entire staff was very helpful and did everything they could to make us comfortable. Most of the staff is bi lingual so English speaking guests will have no communication problems. The breakfast buffet is amazing featuring both European and American fare. The only bad thing I could say was the air conditioning was not up to the task. During our stay there was record heat so its understandable. I highly recommend this hotel."
