"A couple of things. The air conditioning was not working in the hotel, anywhere, and it was a very warm day. It made the temperature in the room somewhat uncomfortable. Also, I enjoy my wine, but Konya seems to be an alcohol free town. Not the hotel's fault of course, but take that into consideration if it matters to you. In the evening, it cooled down enough so that the room temperature was OK with the windows open., but my room overlooked the patio restaurant which was quite loud until past midnight with the dinner crowd and cleanup. Also lots of smoking and I am a non-smoker. The staff was apologetic about the A/C, and very helpful, but it was kind of an unpleasant stay. I assume the A/C will be fixed for the next visitors and that would have resolved almost all of my issues. They did comp me dinner for the inconvenience, like I said, great staff."
