"This property is nice enough in itself, with good a/c, but the location is not what I was expecting. It's not super far from the airport, but it's also not close to the Black Sea beaches, which I thought it would be. It's also very far from Trabzon, largely because of the heavy traffic, and while there are buses and minibuses, it's confusing to use them, but taxis are not cheap either. The area is very urban and heavily trafficked, but isn't walkable to anything."

"This was a great place to stay. My room was clean and modern and I had a view of the mosque from my enclosed balcony. If you are arriving by bus, it is a two minute walk on a paved sidewalk to get to the hotel. The lake is a five minute walk where there are all kinds of shops and dining options. There are a couple of small markets on the walk back to the hotel from the lake. The only downsides were there was no fridge in the room and no AC. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again."

"I stayed at Uzungöl Bikka Pansiyon, with my wife and 8 years old daughter, for 2 nights. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was nice and clean and it had everything we needed, including a washing machine, fridge/freezer and a small gas cooker. It offers a breathtaking view form its balcony. Out hosts, Aziz, was very friendly and helpful. He managed to find us fresh milk from the village in the evening. "Hello everyone, We stayed two nights. There was no cleaning while we were there, and you have to wait a long time for the elevator. The power goes out constantly. The overhead fountain doesn't work while I'm showering in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay, but there was no coffee to drink. When we asked for coffee, they told us it was Turkish coffee, it was an extra, and the price was 100 TL."

"Great Hotel Near the Airport A beautiful hotel located on the main street, very close to the airport, and right behind it is the lovely Trabzon beach. I stayed for two nights before my flight and had a relaxing and pleasant experience. • The apartment was spacious and quiet • Excellent sound insulation • Comfortable bed • Friendly reception, and the café owner kindly offered me tea as a welcoming gesture Overall, it’s a great stay — especially if you’re looking for peace and convenience before your flight. Only downside: Very limited parking, and their only solution is to leave your car key at the front desk in case they need to move it."

"The hotel and cottages are spread on a large forested hill. It takes some 200 steps to walk to a restaurant where breakfast is served, but you don’t feel like walking, you can supposedly call for a shuttle. The staff in the restaurant does not speak any English, so trying to get coffee for breakfast instead of tea did not work. All in all an interesting place to visit."

"Hotel has swimming pool, suna, steam room and Gym free to use for guests, I really enjoyed it and all such facilities were open from 7am to 10pm so plenty of time to relax and enjoy all of them. Breakfast was delicious and so many options available. What really impressed me that Hotel management has a programme for special needs people individual to work in different departments, for example there was a special need waiter serving the guests during breakfast time, he was very pleasant and taking pride in his work. Amenities such as cafe, shops and restaurants were on walking distance Cleaning can be improved, there were marks on sofas, and carpet, small amount of mould building up on tiles in bathroom They charged extra for water bottles to be provided in the room, in my opinion water bottles must be free for guests Staff at reception and in restaurant were helpful "
