"It says all inclusive but don’t let it fool you. I knew that this place was joke when we arrived. It felt like none of the workers didn’t have slightest clue how to work in hotel. For example our passports were left unattended on counter while we took our stuff to the room. Room AC didn’t work. I also didn’t like our balcony was shared with other room. "Everybody was very friendly (manager was very often at the reception and helped the guests). Our room was nearby the second pool - nothing fancy but a lot of space incl. a veranda - everything was clean (daily cleaning).
