"Everybody was very friendly (manager was very often at the reception and helped the guests). Our room was nearby the second pool - nothing fancy but a lot of space incl. a veranda - everything was clean (daily cleaning).
The food was very good and varied - even for my vegatarian daughter - the dishes and cutlery were sometimes a little bit dirty (you could see, that they were handling a lot of guests).

"Like all out stay in this hotel was disappointed. The parking was payd-20lv.per day without free places even if we pay. The room they gave us didn’t corresponded with this I booked. After my complaint the next day they give us the room we wanted. The food was very bad, inside the restaurant without air condition, the swimming pool with dirty water. "The location is perfect, the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The food is great and the staff is friendly. The cleaning crew could be more attentive to details, for example wash the cups that have been used and make sure there is a vanity kit in the bathroom. Overall, a great experience!"
