The unit was clean, and convenient ..there is many coffee outlets below to enjoy. The host was friendly, and communication of instruction for check in and check out also easy and clear through Whatsapp. overall ok

GOOD STAY AT KOTA BAHRU KELANTAN

Updated - 15/10/2024 *Cons* Wifi quite slow and bad connection. We use mobile hotspot to connect to the sharp android tv to get the channel. However the staff did send staff to fix it and only can connect to the tv. Other smarrphone and laptop cant connect at all. You must use own mobilespot to do your work task. Master bedroom lock and toilet lock not working properly. Once lock, it quite difficult to unlock it back. Toilet not clean and quite slippery even the floor was dry. We need clean it before use at convenienced. *Pros* Cozy bedroom and mattress. Spacious and beautiful living area. Good utensils and kitchen appliances prepared. Really convenience for guest. Natural environment in-house and cozy furniture provided. Really gave feeling such in guest own house. Got additional service such washer machine and fridge for guest, really outstanding value added service by owner. Excellent👍

Do not recommend and no more

First the communication issue. Trying to contact the property and the number provided was wrong number. Have to wait for more than an hour after contacting Hotels.com before they contact Property is not great as the shower is clot and condition is poor
