From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the team made us forget the season completely. Nahed and Serhat welcomed us like old friends… always ready to guide us with genuine care. Mr. Yasin constantly checked in with a sincere smile… never out of duty, always from the heart. You could feel Mr. Gökhan’s thoughtful leadership in every detail. One small moment said everything… when our daughter didn’t eat much breakfast, a special cheese plate arrived at our door without us asking. That kindness meant more than words. Miss Zeynep’s daily visits brought both spotless cleanliness and a bright, uplifting energy… her smile truly changed the room. Even with some facilities closed, the view over the Bay of Tivat was more than enough… peaceful, quiet, unforgettable. Honestly… off-season is the best time to come. No crowds, just beauty and people who truly care. Thank you all… we will never forget it."

"The hotel is in an ok location. Staff, mostly, is great. Peter especially was so very helpful and kind. The Lighthouse Restaurant was very good and really took care of my gluten free requirements. The two problems were significant enough that I cannot recommend this hotel, nor would I choose to stay again. First, the heat. The hotel is unbearably hot and there is no way to cool the room. This is not acceptable for a hotel that claims 5 stars. The second issue is the smoking. Smoking is allowed on the terrace of the guest rooms. This makes the terrace unusable for non smokers. The people next to us were such heavy smokers that we could not even open our terrace door at times. "

"I am writing this to offer a serious counter-perspective to the positive reviews here. While the location in the Old Town is central, do not assume this guarantees a professional or comfortable experience. Our stay was defined by unprovoked aggression from the host and a lack of basic utilities. 1. Unacceptable Host Conduct: The property’s reputation relies on 'host helpfulness,' but our experience was the opposite. Upon arrival, we encountered a jammed main door—a significant access and safety concern. When I called the host ('D') to resolve this, instead of assistance, I was yelled at and berated over the phone. Being shouted at by a proprietor while stranded at check-in is professionally inexcusable. It set a distressing tone for the entire trip. 2. Micromanagement of Utilities: Do not expect a comfortable long shower here. Hot water availability was severely limited. What makes this worse is the host’s controlling attitude toward the amenities; we were explicitly instructed not to touch the water heating geyser and forced to leave it on 'Eco mode.' You are effectively paying for a cold shower so the host can save a few cents on electricity. 3. Non-Functional WiFi: If you need to work, check emails, or plan your itinerary, look elsewhere. The WiFi signal was dismal and practically unusable throughout our stay. In 2025, reliable internet is a basic requirement, not a luxury. The issue was thick stone walls but surely there are WiFi boosters out there ?"
