The frequent shuttle service to Karuizawa train station added great ease to our travels and enhanced the overall experience. "The hotel is in a very convenient location, only a few minutes from the station, with a Lawson store right next to it and a supermarket nearby. The room is spotlessly clean and spacious. All the staff are nice and accommodating. They also provide a shuttle service to the station and to the Prince Ski Resort, which is very helpful. Our only comment is that we wish they could improve their breakfast service with better food options and presentation. Overall, it’s good value for money. We had a great stay and will definitely stay again."

"If you are a tourist, this place is only accessible by taxi. If you want to take the bus, make sure you do not have luggage as the city busses are very small. The onsen is really the highlight of the place. "

"Great location. Right next to the Karuizawa station, outlet and snowfields. Shuttle scheduled to come every 15-30 minutes to take you around the resort, outlet and other snow fields. Staying at resort also gives you discounted rates with the ski lifts and gear rental. Spacious room. Great for families."
